Updates to Our Online Reservation & Account System

We’ve made a bunch of improvements to make it easier and safer to join a waitlist, reserve a puppy, and keep track of your documents online.


Login & Security

Log In with a Simple Text Message

No more passwords to remember. You can now log in to your AZ Sunrise Kennel account using a one-time 4 digit code sent to your mobile phone.

  • Enter the mobile number you have on file with us.
  • If it matches your account, we text you a 4 digit code.
  • Enter the code to log in securely – quick and easy.
  • Your phone number must already be on file, which helps protect your account.

Waitlist Experience

Smarter, Clearer Waitlists

Joining a waitlist is now more transparent. You’ll see where you stand, what you requested, and how many spots are available.

  • Choose your preference: Male, Female, or Either. New
  • Pick order is automatically assigned on a first come, first served basis.
  • Each litter has a set number of guaranteed spots; once those are filled additional families can still join as an overflow waitlist.
  • On the public waitlist view, families are shown as first name + last initial for privacy (for example: “Sarah P.”).

Payments

Updated PayPal Checkout for Waitlist Reservations

We’ve upgraded how online payments work behind the scenes to make your reservation smoother and more reliable.

  • Secure PayPal checkout when you join a waitlist – your $50 reservation fee is applied toward your puppy.
  • You’ll see a clear confirmation screen after you complete payment.
  • Your payment and waitlist reservation are automatically linked to your online account.
  • If a planned litter cannot be produced, your reservation fee is fully refunded.

A Cleaner “My Account” Dashboard

Once you log in, your account page gives you an organized view of your puppies, paperwork, payments, and waitlist spots.

  • See your assigned puppy details (collar color, breed, fur color, DOB, AKC number, litter ID, and more).
  • Download important documents like contracts and registration paperwork.
  • View your payments with amounts and dates in a simple table.
  • New section for your waitlist reservations: pairing name, litter ID, gender preference, and your pick order.
  • Quick button to jump straight to the public waitlist page.

Behind the Scenes

Better Notifications & Reliability

We’ve also improved the “behind the scenes” parts you don’t see, but definitely benefit from.

  • We receive instant SMS alerts when someone joins a waitlist or completes payment.
  • Extra checks to ensure your payment, waitlist spot, and account all stay in sync.
  • Improved handling if PayPal has any delays or quirks, so we can help you faster.
